I grew up in Gloversville, New York and spent most of my childhood living in the foothills of the Adirondacks. I enjoyed spending time with family, friends and enjoyed swimming, hiking, biking and most of all riding my horses. I graduated from Gloversville High School and attended Fulton Montgomery Community College and graduated with High Honors. I absolutely love spending time with our grandsons, family and friends. I am very fortunate to have raised two beautiful children who were taught the values of community involvement and respect of others.
I started my Real Estate career in 1997 with Coldwell Banker Arlene M. Sitterly, Inc. and continue to enjoy working as a Realtor with Coldwell Banker. In 2005, together with my friend and business partner, Shelley M. Yerdon we became the co-owners of Coldwell Banker Arlene M. Sitterly, Inc. and today we have 27 very experienced and knowledgeable agents working on our team. Our offices are located in Amsterdam and Johnstown My career is fueled by the pursuit of excellent customer service and I hold my clients and customers in the highest regard.
Currently, I served on Fulton County Regional Chamber of Commerce Foundation Board, Nathan Littauer Foundation Board, The Arc – Lexington Center Board, Fulton County Center for Regional Growth and City of Johnstown Planning Board. I am a member of Eastern New York Multiple Listing Service (ENYRMLS), Greater Capital Association of Realtors (GCAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR) and Fulton County Board of Realtors (FCBR). Realtors and Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Brokers (CIREB).
I have been recognized for Outstanding Leadership serving as Chair of the Fulton Montgomery Regional Chamber of Commerce 2012, 2013 and 2014. Awarded the 2014 Distinguished Alumni Award from Fulton Montgomery Community College and 2016 Honoree- Sir William Johnson Good Scout Award. I have earned distinctive awards from the International Sterling Society, Premiere Who’s Who, the International Diamond Society, as well as being named the Fulton County Board of Realtors – Realtor of the Year.
