After having spent many years in the retail industry, with 10 years as the Manager of the Gloversville Walmart, I decided it was time to try my hand at a new career. So, I began my real estate career in 2003 with Coldwell Banker Arlene M. Sitterly, Inc. Having a customer service background and the love of working with people, my career took off. So much that in 2005, along with my partner Terri Easterly, we became the owners of Coldwell Banker Arlene M Sitterly, Inc.
I enjoy all aspects of the real estate field. Whether buyers or sellers, I take pride and care in servicing their real estate needs. Continuing to learn and grow within the real estate field, I have completed various courses and have received several designations including E-Pro, Accredited Buyers Representation (ABR), Short Sales Specialist.
I proudly hold the REALTOR designation with a membership to the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR) and I am a member of the Greater Capital Region Board of Realtors and Eastern New York Regional Multiple Listing Service.
As a lifelong resident of Fulton County, I currently reside in Johnstown with my son Alec. I take pride in the community in which I live and I feel that it is very important to give back. I am very involved in various organizations and I am currently the President of the Johnstown Public Library.
Because I grew up in the area and have always lived here, I know the ins and outs of Fulton County, Montgomery County, and all the surrounding lakes and towns. I’m always excited to share the history of the area and love seeing visitors and locals find joy in finding lakefront real estate to call their own.
